Structured masterclasses from Caylen Wojcik, former USMC Scout Sniper and Chief Sniper of 3/1 Marines. The same training methodology that built combat-ready snipers, adapted for hunters, competitors, and serious shooters. Over 200 hours of instruction. No filler content, no wasted range days.
You settle behind the rifle at first light. The mirage is running left to right, maybe 8 miles per hour. You read it, hold two tenths left, press the trigger, and three quarters of a second later you hear the ring of steel at 800 yards. First round. Cold bore. And you know exactly why it hit, because every variable was accounted for. That is what real training does. It replaces hope with certainty.
You bought a solid rifle. Good glass. Quality ammunition. You zeroed at 100 and grouped tight. Then you stretched to 400 and the groups opened. At 600, you started chasing impacts. At 800, you stopped trusting yourself to call the shot.
So you went to YouTube. You read forum threads. You tried five different ballistic calculators. Some of it helped. Most of it contradicted the last thing you read. The problem is not a lack of information. The problem is that nobody showed you the fundamentals in the right order, with the reps to make them stick.
That is where most self-taught shooters plateau. The rifle is capable of sub-MOA. The shooter is not. And buying more gear will not fix what only structured training can.
Former USMC Scout Sniper. Chief Sniper, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines. Instructor, 1st Marine Division Scout Sniper School.
Caylen grew up in Western New York, outside Niagara Falls, and started shooting at ten. At fourteen he bought his first centerfire rifle and taught himself to reload. After reading Marine Sniper by Charles Henderson, he knew he wanted to be a Scout Sniper.
He enlisted at 17 and earned his HOG (Hunter of Gunmen) tab. He served as Chief Sniper of 3/1 Marines, trained snipers at the 1st MarDiv Scout Sniper School, and deployed to Anbar Province in 2004. He was wounded during the Second Battle of Fallujah when shrapnel destroyed his right kneecap.
After medical discharge in 2005, Caylen spent years as a steel fabricator in Washington state before founding Central Cascade Precision in 2009. That evolved into Modern Day Sniper, where he has spent more than a decade training hundreds of military, law enforcement, and civilian precision shooters. He is a Hornady sponsored shooter and True Velocity brand ambassador.
MDS online training is not a YouTube channel with a paywall. Each masterclass follows a structured progression with video instruction, student manuals (the Intro to Long Range manual alone is 79 pages), guided drills, and clear benchmarks so you know when you are ready to move forward.
Seven individual masterclasses cover distinct skill sets. Three curated bundles group them by goal. Two membership tiers give you ongoing access to monthly technical talks, live Q&A sessions, and the professional sniper network.
Each masterclass targets a specific skill set. Together, they cover everything from first-shot fundamentals to reading wind at distance.
The foundation everything else is built on. Trigger control, natural point of aim, sight alignment, breathing, and follow-through. If your groups are inconsistent, this is where you fix them. Not with gear. With reps and mechanics.
Trajectory, bullet dynamics, atmospheric impacts, and effective use of ballistic software. This is the masterclass that takes a 300-yard shooter and gives them the knowledge to connect at 800. Includes a 79-page student manual.
Every miss past 500 yards is a wind call you did not make, or made wrong. This masterclass breaks wind reading into a systematic process: observation, estimation, and correction. Mirage interpretation, terrain effects, and how to build a wind call from multiple indicators at once.
The range bench is a training tool, not a fighting position. This masterclass covers every real-world shooting position: prone, sitting, kneeling, standing, barricade, and improvised support. How to build a stable position fast, maintain natural point of aim, and press the shot with confidence from any angle.
Tripod shooting has gone from a niche competition skill to essential fieldcraft. This masterclass covers setup, loading, transitions, and the specific techniques that turn a tripod from an unstable liability into a precision shooting platform.
The rifle, optic, ammunition, and shooter are a single system. This masterclass teaches you how each component affects the others, how to diagnose which element is limiting your accuracy, and how to build a rifle system that works as a unit rather than a collection of expensive parts.
Getting to the shooting position matters as much as what happens after you get there. Map reading, compass work, terrain association, and GPS integration for hunters and professionals operating in backcountry where cell service does not exist.
Real training tools that belong in your range bag, not filler downloads that sit on your hard drive.
These are just example free bonuses meant to increase conversion rates on your main offer. This has been the difference between getting a 1x breakeven for my clients and getting a 4x return.
A waterproof, wallet-sized quick-reference card with mil/MOA conversion tables, wind speed estimation charts, cosine angle corrections, and a pre-filled DOPE card template. Front and back, designed for lamination. The formulas you need at the range, without pulling out your phone.
A structured 30-day training plan that builds core marksmanship fundamentals without firing a single live round. Each day has a specific 15-20 minute drill: trigger press, natural point of aim, positional transitions, breath control. Includes tracking log and benchmark targets.
A visual decision tree that walks you through a systematic wind call, from observation through hold adjustment. Includes real mirage photographs at different wind speeds, multiple terrain types, and 10 practice scenarios with solutions.
Here's who built it, and why.
I run Facebook and Instagram ads for founder-led education businesses.
My clients are people like you: creators and educators who have built real audiences through years of hard work, great content, and word of mouth. They come to me when they are ready to pour fuel on what is already working.
I'm selective. The business has to genuinely help people, the customers have to love it, and I have to feel proud if someone found out I was behind the ads. Modern Day Sniper checks every box.
Not hypothetical. Not from three years ago. These happened in the last few months.
Got a client onto the New York Times bestseller list. He had been chasing that goal on his own for over a decade. I built the campaign that finally got him there.
Generated nearly $1,000,000 in revenue through Facebook ads alone for a single client, in just 11 days. Same client, same product. Better strategy, better creative, better pages.
Ran a volunteer campaign for a live event. Sold out every seat at 3x ROAS. I did it for free because I believed in the event.
Launched ads in beginning of March 2026 and already grossed $26K in the last 30 days.
I don't charge if it's not profitable. That's not a tagline. It's been the deal for over eleven years.
I take a percentage of the growth I bring in, only after the math works. After ad spend. After your expenses. After my fee. If it's not profitable after everything is accounted for, where you make more than I do, I don't charge. That's why I only take on clients I'm confident I can deliver for. I never spend just to spend.
Facebook ads management is the core, but I also build the landing pages, create the ad visuals, and develop new bonuses designed to lift conversion rates on both the ads and the offer. Everything on this pitch page, the design, the copy, the bonus kit, is the kind of work I do for every client.
Every page, bonus, and creative asset I build is yours. Use it for organic traffic, email campaigns, wherever. No exclusivity clauses, no extra percentages. If something I made helps your audience through a channel I'm not running, that's a win.
This is one concept. I have dozens.

This is one of five ad concepts in the full campaign. Each targets a different emotional angle. The complete set is in the attached campaign document.
No pitch decks. No high-pressure calls.
